Rowland Saifi

Rowland Saifi grew up in Brazil, Arkansas, and places in between before attending Naropa University, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and the University of Denver. Other books include the novels Lit Windows and The Minotaur’s Daughter, and the novella Karner Blue Estates. Work has appeared in Fact-Simile, Marginalia, Bombay Gin, Livestock Review, Newfound Journal, Kneejerk Magazine, The Chicago Tribune, and The New York Times. Exhibitions include Cairo on the Length a Psychogeography of Egypt curated by Amira Hanafi at Spoke Gallery, and Institutional Garbage, curated by Caroline Picard and Lara Schoorl at Hyde Park Arts Center.
